3 pin adapter

You need this plug if you don't have a computer of device to charge it. I had to order this at a later date. It would be a very good idea to make this clear especially to older people who do not have these charging devices at home

Given a choice of 3 adapters UK-EU-US
I ordered a US 2 Pin adapter.
I received an EU 2 pin adapter which is not what I wanted or paid for. I tried to get this sorted by email- to no avail. I am stuck with a European 2 Pin adapter, which I will now keep as it may come in useful. I really really would like the US 2 pin (flat pin) which I ordered.
Why offer 3 types if you only supply UK and EU?

I am delighted with this product. I usually use my laptop to recharge my Halo battery sticks. With this I can use it when I travel without my laptop. I to use it for to charge my Ipod, e-reader and 'phone too - less plugs to carry!
