My wife and I are now off real tobacco. She has not had an asthma attack since converting and we are now walking up to 10 miles at a time around the Cornish cliffs....unthinkable a month ago.
I cover one air inlet to get the air intake more like a "roll-up" don't know if this is approved of. Habitually, battery charging has taken over from rolling and I am getting used to smaller periods of inhaling, unlike a cigarette this does not make you "smoke the lot once started".
I cannot say I am going to give up, I can say that much habit has been broken and our house now smells of the flowers my wife buys!
Being a Bass fishing fanatic, I find it easier smoking in the rain and am convinced the fish don't smell tobacco on the bait....who said everything would be relevant! Good Luck with your own demons.

If your anything like me these king size refills are brilliant. They last a bit longer and really give me the feeling i am smoking I take a pull like im filling up my boots and they still last well.
In fact these e cigarettes are so good i would rather have one of these than the real thing
and haven't bothered with fags for 2 months.

These are i find,more value for money,they are just as great as the other tips,but last longer,all round though,the whole range of products are great,i have recommended these to my mates,who have bought them,and they are as pleased as me....spot on...5 stars

always use the large refills as they are only £2 more and last twice as long
